The Moringa Tea Diet
A tea diet? Really? I don’t blame you for being skeptical. I would be, too— if I were to say that all you had to do was drink tea and the pounds would come flying off. No such luck. The important information this gives us is that the Moringa is a superb source of giving your body it’s daily requirement of nutrients.

One question that often comes up is how much to take?

If you are taking Moringa Tea for general healthy living, 1 tea bag of Moringa mix to 300 to 500 ml of warm or cold water daily

If you are trying to lose weight and want to use Moringa Tea to help you get your body in balance, 2 to 3 tea bags a day depending on your size and your diet, if you’ve been eating a lot of processed foods then drink more. Remember this is not what is going to make you lose weight. It is going to put your body in a better physiological condition for you to burn more calories than you consume. You want to get your body to that point where you are “in balance”.
